Please note that in line with our stringent sanitation practices, we cannot accept returns, and refunds are not available once an order has been shipped.
It's important to highlight that all packages are insured, and in the rare event that a package is not marked as delivered, customers may be eligible for a refund of two items at half the purchase price.
